How to find us?
We are based in Ladywellworks just off Whitburn road. Maps are quite accurate, look for an alleyway with “Ladywellworks” signposted over the top. We are based in a studio complex at the end of the alley, the ground floor is home to “firkin brewery” so if you see their big banner, you are in the right place! Look for a door on the left with a video intercom and call 306 “Brick House” and we will answer. Make your way up the stairs to the third floor and wait at the locked door for us to let you in!
Accessibility
We are based on the third floor, however we do have step free access to the studio via lift. Please do let us know if you have any accessibility needs as the pedestrian front gate has a small step that is not wheelchair accessible and a code is required to open the main gate. The lift also requires a code so if you are unable to make it to the studio via the stairs let us know so we can come and help! There are accessible and all gender bathrooms on all floors. The alleyway up to the main entrance is very manageable, however it can be a little uneven in places so please do take care.
We do occasionally have a dog in the studio so if this is not something you’d be comfortable with please do let us know in advance.
By Train - We are based a short walk from Ladywell train station and a 15 minute walk from Lewisham station for more rail options and DLR
By Bus - There are a variety of bus lines that stop a short walk from the studio, including 122, 284, 484, 208, 185, P4, 47, 53, 75, 199 and 136. We are also very close to Lewisham which has lots of bus routes available.
By Cab - Whitburn Road is accessible by car and has plenty of space to stop and drop off/pick up by cab.
By Car - If you do need to drive, there are some parking options around however there is no free parking. The nearby streets have some available paid parking with a maximum of 4 hours so keep this in mind.
